At The Meadows Homes Association in Escondido, CA we have more than 50 years of experience and we know that community association living requires the full cooperation of all residents. It is important that all homeowners, residents, and occupants familiarize themselves with The Meadows Homes Association Governing Documents, including the Third Restated CC&R’s, the Rules and Regulations and the Architectural Control Committee Guidelines (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Governing Documents”) to ensure that all the residents of The Meadows Homes Association enjoy the quality of life to which they are entitled. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will consult the ARC guidelines and advise the home owner to bring an application to the ARC for review and approval before making any exterior changes to a home within the covenant.
